I’ll be traveling to Peru for a pilgrimage through sacred sites along the coast and in the Andes. I’m deeply grateful to be part of this inaugural journey with Breathe and Believe.

I’ll be back in the office and available for sessions beginning June 13.

Chronic tension, pain, and nervous system overload don’t resolve on their own. They accumulate.

I accept HSA and FSA, so you can use pre-tax dollars for treatment that creates real change, not just temporary relief.
