☀️🧴 UV Safety Month — Protect Your Skin This Summer

Dr. George Tye and the team at Center for Family Medicine encourage everyone to practice sun safety and protect their skin from harmful UV rays.

Sun Safety Tips:
☀️ Wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher
🕶️ Use sunglasses and a wide-brimmed hat
👕 Cover up with protective clothing
⏰ Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.)
💧 Stay hydrated when spending time outdoors

A few simple precautions can help reduce your risk of sunburn and skin cancer.
