A little Monday behind the scenes at Massage by Allie 🤍✨

Some days are all about relaxation. Some days we’re working on those stubborn knots, tight shoulders, sore backs, and muscles that just refuse to cooperate. 😂

One of my favorite things about massage therapy is that no two sessions—or clients—are ever the same. Every massage is customized to what your body needs that day.

Depending on what your body needs, I love incorporating different techniques and tools into my sessions, including:

✨ Muscle scraping / Gua Sha
✨ Trigger point release
✨ Deep tissue techniques
✨ Therapeutic massage

No two bodies are the same, which means no two massages have to look exactly the same either. I tailor each session to YOU—where you’re holding tension, what’s feeling tight, and what we’re working toward. 🤍

🐾 A Little Ask From Massage by Allie 🐾

As many of you know, Almost Home Canine Rescue holds a special place in my heart, and this month Massage by Allie has been giving back to help support the amazing work they do. 💚

Right now, they need our community more than ever. They are fighting to keep their doors open so they can continue rescuing, caring for, and finding homes for dogs who have nowhere else to go. 🐶

If you are in a position to help, I’m asking my Massage by Allie clients, friends, and community to please consider making a donation to Almost Home Canine Rescue. No amount is too small. $5, $10, $20—it all adds up when we come together.
