To all Sitka vision clinic patients,
It has come to our attention that some of you have received letters from your insurance carriers that Dr. Hagerman has left your network or is no longer a provider. To state the obvious, he is no longer with us and is no longer a provider. Some of these letters are stating that you need to find another provider or find a “in network” provider. Please be assured that sitka vision clinic is still a provider for all of the same insurances we have always provided for, Blue cross/premera, Aetna, VSP, Eyemed, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and all previously serviced insurance companies with no Increase In fees.
We apologize for any confusion and please know we are here for your vision needs and services.

First, we here at Sitka Vision Clinic would like to say thank you to the people of Sitka for your amazing support and kindness through this time. Dr. Hagerman loved this town and his patients very genuinely and wholeheartedly. Your support has directly reflected that.
Sitka Vision Clinic will continue to keep the personal and professional care that Sitka deserves.
Fortunately, we can announce that Dr. Natalie Macke has joined us here in Sitka. She comes to us most recently from Fairbanks where she practiced for the last 12 years. A Pacific University graduate, Dr. Macke and her husband Scott, a retired Army pilot and current Horizon air pilot, have already grown to love Sitka.
We here at the clinic with Dr. Macke will continue to maintain the personal small-town touch with unmatched professional care that
