THE GOAL IS THE HARVEST

What does a peach pit, a peach tree, and gardening have to do with Knee Repair, NOT Knee Replacement®?

When Dr. P gets time away from work, he loves spending time with his family and working in his garden. It helps him reset and recharge, and it reminds him of the philosophy behind what we do at Victory In Motion.

Dr. P grew this peach tree from a pit. That pit already had the biological potential to become a tree, but it still needed the right environment and the right help: good soil and drainage, nutrients, sunlight, protection, pruning, and ongoing care.

Our bodies are far more complex, but the principle is similar. Biology has an incredible capacity to heal, adapt, strengthen, and repair when given the right environment and support.

In his garden, Dr. P prepares the soil, keeps weeds from competing with the tree, fertilizes it, makes sure it gets enough sunlight, monitors it for problems, and adjusts when something is not working.

And he does not plant it, fertilize it once, and walk away.

Dr. P has a relationship with this tree.

That is one of the most important things about Victory In Motion: we are in the relationship business, not simply the transaction business. Our goal is not to perform one procedure and send someone on their way. We guide, monitor, strengthen, adjust, and help create the conditions for long-term success.

Our V-Motion Fit Total Body Fitness, Strength & Conditioning experts are the gardeners in that process.

Because the goal is not simply to grow a tree. The goal is the harvest.

For someone trying to repair a knee, that harvest may be gardening, golf, pickleball, walking the dog, playing with the grandkids, sleeping through the night, using stairs without pain, or simply getting their life back.

That is Knee Repair, NOT Knee Replacement®.

Respect the biology. Create the right environment. Provide the right tools. Build the right relationship. Keep working toward the harvest that matters most to that person.

What do you like to do on a day off to reset and recharge?

UPCOMING TRIP? PREPARE NOW.

Have an upcoming trip that may involve a lot of walking? Don’t wait until you’re on vacation to find out how your body is going to handle it.

On The Local Show, Dr. P talks about how to prepare your body before you go.

Start moving now. Start walking now. And gradually work your way up.

You don’t want to go from 0–60 on the first day of your trip. If you’re not regularly walking, simply get outside and start. Walk around your neighborhood. Walk with a friend. Listen to music or a podcast. Make it exciting!

The goal isn’t to do everything at once. It’s to progressively prepare your body for the demands you’re going to place on it.

Your trip should be about enjoying the destination—not being limited by your body.

A SUCCESS STORY FROM A VICTORY FAMILY MEMBER!

When Chuck asked, “How many of these have been successful with stem cells?” one of our Victory Family members, Grace, shared her own story—and we think it speaks for itself.

Grace explains that before coming to Victory In Motion, she was hobbling and limping with every step, struggling to go up and down stairs, and waking up repeatedly throughout the night because of excruciating pain.

Today? She’s back to doing what she loves.

Grace is taking Zumba six days a week, along with HIIT, strength training, yoga, Pilates, barre, spin, hiking, pickleball, and more. She’s even working toward getting back into kayaking—and continues her home exercises several times a week.

Her journey included a comprehensive approach at Victory In Motion, including:

• Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) — containing stem cells and other cells that help the stem cells
• Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
• V-Motion Fit™ — Total Body Fitness, Strength & Conditioning
• V-Motion Laser™ treatments

This is exactly why we believe in looking beyond simply treating the symptoms and instead developing a comprehensive plan around the individual.

Grace’s results are her own and are not a guarantee of what another patient will experience—but her story is a powerful example of what is possible.

FUNCTION = LIFE

For Donna, getting her knee better was never just about reducing pain.

It was about getting her LIFE back.

After just 6 weeks of undergoing The Victory Method™, Donna is already making significant gains—and she’s feeling the difference in the everyday moments that matter most.

She’s able to:

Go up the stairs with less pain
Walk with greater ease
Put her sock on more comfortably
Squat down
Perform daily activities with less pain and more confidence

Maintaining her function was a HUGE part of Donna’s motivation to get her knee better. She didn’t want to simply manage her knee—she wanted to keep doing the things that make life, life.

Because when your knee starts holding you back, it can feel like your entire world gets smaller.

Getting her knee back meant getting her LIFE back.

And Donna is just getting started. At 6 weeks, there’s still more healing and progress ahead. We can’t wait to see where she goes from here!

ASK THESE 3 QUESTIONS!

Have you—or someone you love—been told you have “bone-on-bone” arthritis and need a knee replacement?

Before you make that decision, ask these 3 questions:

1. WHAT IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF MY PAIN?
Is “bone-on-bone” really the whole story? Could there be another source of your pain, such as a bone marrow lesion or another underlying problem that needs to be addressed?

2. HAVE I TRULY EXHAUSTED ALL CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT OPTIONS?
Before moving to knee replacement, have you explored all appropriate non-surgical options—including regenerative medicine treatments?

3. WHAT ARE YOUR RESULTS?
Do they track patient outcomes in a database? Can they show you their results? Don’t just take someone’s word for it—ask to see the data.

A knee replacement may be appropriate for some patients, but it shouldn’t automatically be the answer simply because you’ve been told you have “bone-on-bone” arthritis.

Ask questions. Get answers. See the data. Explore every option before you replace your knee.

SHE NEVER THOUGHT SHE’D FEEL THIS GOOD!

Four weeks ago, Janice began her regenerative medicine journey with BMAC/PRP treatments to both knees.

Today? She’s back on the yoga mat!

As Janice demonstrates here, she’s already been able to get back to an activity she loves—and she says she feels 120% better!

That’s an incredible early milestone. And while Janice is still very early in her regenerative medicine journey, she is already seeing exciting improvements in how she feels and what she’s able to do.

This is why we love following our patients’ journeys. It’s not just about a procedure—it’s about helping people work toward getting back to the activities and moments that matter most to them.

Janice is doing great—and this is just the beginning!

Stay tuned for more of her progress. Her journey is just getting started!
