Meet Erin, a Rutgers Master of Social Work student gaining hands-on experience with us here at Stonebridge at Montgomery!

With a background in clinical and community psychology, Erin joined Springpoint to build her skills in case management, clinical social work, and navigating real-world situations. This experience is helping her grow as both a student and future social work professional.

Springpoint workforce development programs give students the opportunity to connect classroom learning with meaningful, hands-on experiences while exploring career paths in senior living and aging services. We’re proud to support emerging professionals like Erin as they prepare to make a difference in the lives of others.
