She joined the SALTability team this month, and she's already everywhere: holding Reiki sessions, filling in on foot soaks, teaching daytime yoga, and soon adding massage and body treatments to the mix.

That's Salty Slow Flow, a gentle yoga sequence held inside the salt cave, led by Kasey. The pace is slow enough for a first timer and grounding enough for someone who has practiced for years.
