Celebrating Isidro Sandoval, Housekeeper, on his 15-year anniversary at Citadel of Skokie.
Isidro shares that what he enjoys most about his role is being part of a team he values and supporting residents each day. He added, βI like my job. I enjoy helping and being here for the residents, and I take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment so they feel comfortable and cared for.β
When asked what advice he would give to someone starting in healthcare, Isidro shared, βTake pride in your work, stay positive, and always do your best in everything you do.β
If he had to describe his journey in one word, it would be βdedicated,β reflecting his commitment to his work and the residents he serves.
βIβve been here a long time, and I keep showing up because I love what I do. I take pride in my work and enjoy being part of the team,β he shared.
