This month's topic will cover compassionate, practical communication strategies that can help reduce conflict, build trust, and strengthen your connection with a loved one living with mental illness. Family Insight Evenings are led by NAMI CCNS Family-to-Family teachers and offer a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of supporting a loved one with a mental health condition.
