We specialize in treating insomnia, anxiety and menopausal symptoms. We provide personalized acupuncture treatments to help your body heal itself.

FREE trauma/PTSD/stress treatments 👂💚! Come together with neighbors to process the big emotions we are all feeling because of the overwhelming cruelty we are witnessing and experiencing. Now is not the time to numb and disconnect - we can grieve together as a community.

There is no charge for the session this Thursday (9/3) from 6:30-7:30pm at the Reba Place Church Meetinghouse Sermon Discussion Room at 620 Madison St in Evanston. NOTE: Please use the entrance in the alley off of Custer St.

There is a community fridge and pantry at 620 Madison St, so consider bring some food and/or feminine products to be donated to the if you are able.

Join me at Skokie (4901 Main St) on Sunday 8/23 from 3–4pm for one more Sanctuary Niles Township Kids’ Pay‑What‑You‑Can Produce Table. They’re expecting a beautiful selection of onions 🧅, corn 🌽, tomatoes 🍅, eggplant🍆, peppers 🫑, greens🥬, fresh herbs🪴, and even a few floral bouquets💐.

While you’re there, enjoy a b**r 🍻on the patio.

The SNT Kids will be using the proceeds from the produce sales to purchase clothes and a few toys for a 3‑year‑old neighbor.♥️

Health is achieved by living in balance with nature and the seasons. Summer ☀️ is associated with the heart ❤️, small intestines, and the fire 🔥element. The fire element thrives on a balanced approach to heat. Avoid excessive exposure to the sun and stay hydrated with cool, refreshing drinks like water🚰, watermelon 🍉 juice, or tea 🫖especially green, mint or chrysanthemum tea.

You can also make yourself a cooling detox water with 1 sliced lemon🍋, 1 sliced lime, 1/2 sliced cucumber🥒, 16 oz water, and a bunch of fresh mint. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and enjoy it chilled🧊.
