A Well Child Check is more than just a physical, it's a chance to make sure your child is growing, developing, and thriving. During their visit, they'll receive a head-to-toe exam, developmental and mental health screenings, vision and hearing tests, recommended immunizations, and guidance on healthy habits like nutrition, sleep, and safety.
🎟️ Completing a Well Child Check earns a passport stamp to enter our Back-to-School Bash raffles!
