The Skokomish Wellness Center is offering Well Child Checks to help families get ready for the new school year!

✅ 30-minute head-to-toe physical exams
✅ Developmental & mental health screenings
✅ Vision & hearing tests
✅ Necessary immunizations
✅ Guidance on sleep, nutrition, and safety

🎟️ Well Child Checks are required on the passport to enter the Back-to-School raffle drawings!

A Well Child Check is more than just a physical, it's a chance to make sure your child is growing, developing, and thriving. During their visit, they'll receive a head-to-toe exam, developmental and mental health screenings, vision and hearing tests, recommended immunizations, and guidance on healthy habits like nutrition, sleep, and safety.
