The Fitzgibbon Hospital organization provides services throughout the region in nine area clinics. The Akeman-McBurney Medical Clinic in Slater, Missouri began seeing patients in March of 2011. Day-to-day patient care is provided by Theresa Campbell, Advance Practice Family Nurse Practitioner, and our skilled clinic staff. Will Campbell provides mental health services on a regularly scheduled basi

s. Other services provided at the clinic include on-site radiology with real time interpretation, physicals, lab services, acute care, preventative care, immunizations, pregnancy and strep screenings, and so much more. Every year, the July 4th weekend brings people to the ER from fireworks accidents, ATV accidents, boating accidents, dunk driving accidents. We want to have an amazing Independence Day celebration, we just encourage everyone to celebrate responsibly, don't drink and drive, stay hydrated in this heat and look out for one another.
