UPDATE: No one has claimed. Trying to adopt out or place with a rescue to get her on transport. She's a doll. We've named her Flea, because she brought "friends" with her.

Who needs a new cat?!?
Our sweet client has two cats in a tizzy now that this sweet gal has moved in from the gas station across the road. She would love to find a new home! Think about it, you could name her Stripes, Midgrade, Fuel Pump, Diesel, Burrito, Gasolina....

📢We have a new crew member! 😊
Everyone welcome Reese to the team. She graduated from Post High School last week and will be attending Texas Tech University in the fall. She is majoring in Animal Science on her way to becoming a veterinarian! Reese raised and showed pigs and was an active member of FFA during high school. Her goal is to get small animal experience, and we already love her positive attitude and quick learning style.
And YES, she is aware she's TALL. 😉😁

We had a very unusually poorly staffed day and want to thank everyone who came in for their patience if you experienced a longer than usual wait! Also big shoutout to my friend for coming in to help!! I heard someone call May "Maycember" and isn't that the truth. We are back to full power tomorrow. 🔋

GRADUATE SPOTLIGHT 🎓 👩‍🎓 👨‍🎓🐅🐯
We are so proud of these two Slaton Tigers as they graduate high school!

Ellie is currently employed by us and does an outstanding job in kennels. She is a joy! She will continue on her path to becoming a veterinarian by attending West Texas A&M University in the fall.

Tabor worked for us his sophomore year. He was part of Slaton ISD's CTE Electrical Technology Program and as a student electrician is already working in the industry with a reputable electric company. He will continue his journey to becoming a licensed electrician.

Congratulations graduates!! We are so proud and excited to watch you on your journeys!
