🎉 3 Years! 🎉
This summer marks 3 years since I opened the doors of Adapt & Thrive Chiropractic in Sleepy Eye.

When I started this practice, my goal was simple: to help people move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. Looking back, I am incredibly grateful for the trust that so many individuals and families have placed in me over the past three years.

Sleepy Eye has been a wonderful community to be a part of. From day one, I have felt welcomed and supported, and it has truly been a privilege to serve this town and the surrounding area.

To all of my patients—thank you. Thank you for choosing Adapt & Thrive Chiropractic, for referring your friends and family, and for allowing me to be a part of your health journey. Your support means more than you know.

Thank you for all those who have supported me throughout the past year, I sincerely appreciate it!
Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue adjusting the remainder of this pregnancy. I am hoping to be back sometime this winter but will post updates when I know more information.
