Occasionally, when my mind wanders into a bad neighborhood, always something comes that turns me around and points me back in the right direction 🥀✨️ when, and only when, I've put both feet on the ground and changed the way I was going ~ hjn

I drove to the beach today to take a long walk. I hadn't walked in days, and I felt off. My mind had slipped into negative thought. I knew I needed to be cleared. Walks always do that for me, since they are my time for prayer and meditation. When I walk everything opens up and I begin to flow into gratitude. Some days take longer than others, and today was one of those days.

A few minutes in, and I zoomed in on a green heart shaped glass beneath my feet. It zapped me with good energy, and for a moment I smiled. I continued down the beach, only to be enchanted to find a bouquet of roses resting in the sand. Their vibrant color stopped me dead in my tracks and brought tears to my eyes.

I couldn't help but think of St. Therese "The Little Flower". I've always loved roses and felt connected to St. Therese who's known to send roses as a sign of her spiritual support in answer to your prayer. We are so much more loved and supported than we realize. How beautiful of her to come when I needed her ❤️✨️🌹🪽

To top it off, I received a surprise from a special friend - a new card deck was delivered and they look dreamy as ever 😍 It's a blessed feeling to know hope is always within reach.

Think in terms of vibration - not just words. Spirit connects from a higher realm, and when our feelings match our thoughts, they create tangible energy. So you can run the energies from the higher realms through you like a cleanse during your meditation and quiet time alone to bring in more healing.
