127 women have raised their hands.

But what breaks my heart is how many of them probably feel like they've failed themselves.

And I wish I could sit down with every single one of them and tell them something...

YOU HAVE NOT FAILED.

Think about it.

How many times have you started a diet, only to find yourself right back where you started?

How many times have you promised yourself THIS would be the year you finally got your health back?

How many times have you walked into a gym, full of motivation, only to have life get in the way?

And how many times have you looked in the mirror and wondered what happened to the woman you used to be?

I've been reading through the applications for my $46,000 We Change Lives Scholarship Giveaway.

And I'll tell you something...

It's hard to put into words what some of these stories do to my heart.

Because behind every application is a REAL woman.

A mom.

A wife.

A grandmother.

A woman who's spent years taking care of everybody else while quietly putting herself at the bottom of the list.

And so many of them aren't just looking to lose weight.

They want their ENERGY back.

Their CONFIDENCE back.

Their STRENGTH back.

They want to feel like THEMSELVES again.

And here's what I wish every one of them understood...

Just because something hasn't worked for you in the past doesn't mean YOU are the problem.

Maybe you didn't have the right guidance.

Maybe you didn't have the support.

Maybe life kept throwing things at you that made it hard to stay consistent.

Maybe you were trying to do everything for everybody else and had nothing left to give yourself.

But you know what I see when I look at these 127 women?

I don't see failure.

I see 127 women who STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN UP.

And that moves me more than I can explain.

Because it takes courage to raise your hand again.

To believe that maybe, just maybe, things could be different this time.

And I want to do everything I can to honor that courage.

That's why, as part of this $46,000 scholarship giveaway for my 46th birthday, I've decided that EVERY woman who applies will have the opportunity to go through our 14-Day Kickstart completely FREE.

Whether she's selected for a scholarship or not.

Because I don't want a woman to finally work up the courage to ask for help and feel like another door has closed.

I want her to have a place to BEGIN.

And I know what can happen when someone finally gets that opportunity.

We had a woman go through our 14-Day Kickstart.

And nearly THREE MONTHS later, she was still showing up for her workouts 3-4 days a week!

Now, I know that might not sound like a miracle to everybody.

But for someone who's spent years starting and stopping...

Imagine what it feels like to finally look back and realize...

"I'm actually doing this. I'm showing up for ME."

That's the kind of thing that gets me emotional.

Because it's not really about 14 days.

It's about what those 14 days might START.

A little more confidence.

A little more strength.

A little more belief in yourself.

And the realization that maybe your best days aren't behind you after all.

I don't know exactly what God has planned through this giveaway.

But I do know this...

Around 127 women have already raised their hands.

And I believe some beautiful things are going to come out of this.

And if you're reading this right now, wondering whether you should raise YOUR hand too...

Please don't let your past attempts convince you that you're not worth another opportunity.

You are.

I’m STILL accepting applications for the $46,000 We Change Lives Scholarship Giveaway.

Send me a private message with the word SCHOLARSHIP, and I'll personally help you get the information you need to apply.

And remember, every woman who applies has the opportunity to begin with our FREE 14-Day Kickstart, whether she's selected for a scholarship or not.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You don't have to be in perfect shape.

You don't have to prove anything to anybody.

You just have to be willing to believe that your story isn't finished yet.

And I'd be honored to be part of your next chapter.

10/14/2026

God didn't bless me with what I have just so I could keep it all to myself.

And the older I get, the more that truth means to me.

Especially as I celebrate my 46th birthday by giving away $46,000 in scholarships.

Because there's something I believe we're all called to give...

Our time.
Our talent.
Our treasure.

Those three things mean a lot to me.

Because I truly believe God blesses us with things we're meant to use to bless other people.

And the older I get, the more I realize that some of the most meaningful things we can give aren't things we can wrap up in a box.

Sometimes it's our time.

Being willing to show up for somebody.

Listen.
Encourage them.
Walk alongside them when things get hard.

Sometimes it's our talent.

Taking the knowledge, experience, and abilities we've been blessed with and using them to make somebody else's life better.

And sometimes it's our treasure.

Being willing to give financially when we know that money might be the very thing keeping somebody from getting the help they need.

And that's been a big part of my heart behind this $46,000 scholarship.

Because I've worked with enough women over the years to know that wanting to change and having the resources to make that change aren't always the same thing.

There are women out there who are ready.

Who are willing to put in the effort.

Who genuinely want something different for themselves.

But they just can't afford the kind of help and support they need right now.

And I keep thinking...

If God has put me in a position where I can help remove some of those obstacles, why wouldn't I?

I can't do everything.

But I can do something.

And I want to make that something count.

That's what this birthday giveaway is really about for me.

Taking what I've been blessed with and using it to create an opportunity for somebody else.

My time.
My talent.
My treasure.

And hopefully, a whole lot of changed lives along the way.

And if you know a woman who could really use this kind of opportunity right now, I'd be grateful if you'd share this with her.

Maybe she's been putting herself last for years.

Maybe finances have been the one thing keeping her from getting the help she needs.

Or maybe she just needs somebody to remind her that she's worth investing in, too.

If you know a woman who could really use this kind of opportunity, I'd love for you to share this with her.

And if that woman happens to be YOU, please don't hesitate to reach out.

We're still accepting scholarship applications, and every woman who applies has the opportunity to begin with our free 14-Day Kickstart.

Just send me a message. I'd love to help.

There's something that's been sitting heavy on my heart as I've been going through these scholarship applications.

How many women have spent so much of their lives taking care of everybody else that they've almost forgotten what it feels like to take care of themselves?

Think about that for a minute.

They're making sure the kids have what they need.

They're showing up for their husbands, their families, their jobs.

They're making sure everybody gets fed, everybody gets where they need to be, everybody is taken care of.

And somewhere in the middle of all that...

They stop showing up for themselves.

Not because they don't care.

But because life gets busy. Responsibilities pile up.
Money gets tight.

And there's always somebody or something that seems to need their attention more.

And before they know it, years have gone by.

Their energy isn't what it used to be.

Their confidence has taken a hit.

Their bodies are changing, and the things that used to work aren't working anymore.

And maybe the hardest part isn't even the weight.

Maybe it's realizing how long it's been since they actually felt like themselves.

That's the part I wish more people understood.

When a woman says she wants to lose weight, sometimes what she's really saying is...

I want my energy back.

I want to feel confident again.

I want to enjoy life instead of just making it through the day.

I want to feel like ME again.

And I don't think that's asking too much.

I think every woman deserves the opportunity to invest in her own health and well-being, just like she's spent so many years investing in everybody else.

That's one of the biggest reasons this We Change Lives Scholarship means so much to me.

Because sometimes the person who's been holding everybody else together needs somebody to come alongside her, too.

And I'd love to be able to do that for as many women as I can.

And if you're reading this and seeing a little bit of yourself in these women, I want you to know something.

You deserve that same opportunity, too.

We're still accepting applications for the We Change Lives Scholarship, and I'd love for you to be considered.

Because maybe it's time somebody helped take care of YOU for a change.

Just send me a private message, and we'll go from there.

I knew giving away $46,000 in scholarships for my 46th birthday was going to be something special.

But I don't think I was fully prepared for what would happen once the applications started coming in.

We're already approaching 50 women who have raised their hands for this opportunity.

And I've been reading through their stories.

Not just checking names off a list.

Actually reading what these women have been going through.

And man...

Some of these stories really hit home.

Women who have been struggling for YEARS.

Women who have tried just about everything imaginable to lose weight, get their energy back, feel confident again, or simply feel comfortable in their own bodies.

Women dealing with hormonal changes, health challenges, and seasons of life that have taken so much out of them.

And then there are the women who have spent their entire lives giving to everybody else.

Their children.
Their husbands.
Their families.
Their jobs.

Everybody gets a piece of them.

And somehow, there's never much left for themselves.

But here's what keeps standing out to me...

These women haven't given up.

After everything they've tried.

After all the disappointments.

After all the times life has gotten in the way.

They're STILL willing to believe something different is possible.

And I don't take that lightly.

Because when a woman fills out one of these applications, she's doing more than asking for a scholarship.

She's trusting us with a piece of her story.

She's saying she's ready for something to change.

And that means something to me.

I started this giveaway wanting to make a difference in women's lives.

But reading these applications has made that mission feel even more personal.

It's reminded me why I do what I do.

Why I believe so deeply in giving my time, my talent, and my treasure.

And why I want to do everything I reasonably can to remove the obstacles standing between these women and the help they deserve.

Especially the financial ones.

I don't know what each woman's journey is going to look like.

But I know this...

I want every woman who takes this step to feel seen, supported, and reminded that her health and her life matter, too.

That's what this is about.

And we're just getting started.

I’m turning 46. So we’re putting $46,000 toward changing women’s lives.

One woman is getting an entire year completely covered.

And five more women are receiving partial scholarships.

I’ve been blessed to spend a lot of years doing what I love, helping women get healthier, stronger, and feel good in their bodies again.

So for my 46th birthday, I wanted to do something that could genuinely make a difference for women who are ready for help.

We’re calling it the We Change Lives $46,000 Scholarship Giveaway.

And when I say the full-year scholarship is covered, I mean it.

Coaching.
Blood work.
Genetic testing.
Personalized nutrition.
Training.
Accountability and support.

And even GLP-1 and/or peptide therapy if medically appropriate and recommended for her individual needs.

All of it. Covered. For an entire year.

This is for the woman who feels like she’s been doing everything “right”… but something still isn’t clicking.

Maybe your energy has changed.

Your body has changed.

The weight doesn’t respond the way it used to.

Or maybe you’re just tired of trying another diet, another workout, or another “one-size-fits-all” plan and hoping THIS is finally the thing that works.

At The FIT-ING Room, we want to go deeper than that.

We look at your blood work, hormones, and genetics so we can stop guessing and start building your nutrition, training, and support around what YOUR body actually needs.

Because sometimes the answer isn’t trying harder.

It’s finally understanding what’s going on underneath the surface.

That’s what this scholarship is really about.

Not $46,000.

Not my birthday.

It’s about giving six women the opportunity to get answers, get the right support around them, and hopefully feel like themselves again.

Applications are officially open and close October 16.

If this sounds like you or you know a woman who needs to see this, comment SCHOLARSHIP below and we’ll send you the application details.

Here’s to 46. 🎉

And here’s to changing some lives.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Joining Coach David Dear’s FIT-ing program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about your overall health—not just chasing skinny. I’m physically stronger, but the mental strength I’ve gained means just as much. His coaching goes way beyond a workout, and I’m grateful to be part of this group. If you’re on the fence, give it a try. You’re worth the investment!

WOMEN CAN’T COMMIT TO ANYTHING.

Yeah… I said it.

Except that’s complete bu****it.

Because the women I talk to are some of the most committed people I know.

They commit to their careers.
Their businesses.
Their kids.
Their husbands.
Their employees.
Their clients.
The house.
The schedule.

And the 47 things that somehow became their responsibility.

They’ll eat lunch in the car driving from one obligation to the next because they gave their word that they’d get it all done.

So no…

Women don’t have a commitment problem.

They have a problem committing to themselves.

And I see this all the time when it comes to their health.

“I know I need to take care of my health.”

“I’m tired of feeling like this.”

“I’m tired of starting over every few months.”

“I know what I’m doing isn’t working anymore.”

“I want to finally feel good in my body again.”

And then comes the sentence that keeps them exactly where they’ve been:

“I’m just not ready yet.”

Because work is crazy.

The kids need something.

Money just went toward something else.

There’s another training.

Another deadline.

Another project.

Another person who needs you.

And you tell yourself:

When things calm down, then I’ll focus on my health.

But what if they don’t?

What if this isn’t a busy month…

What if this is your life?

Because there will always be another deadline.

Another responsibility.

Another person who needs something from you.

And your health becomes the one thing that can wait because nothing is forcing you to deal with it today.

The client deadline has a date.

The kids need to be somewhere at 4.

Your employee needs an answer.

The appointment is on the calendar.

Your health?

You can start Monday.

Next month.

After this project.

When the kids go back to school.

When work settles down.

And I think this is where a lot of successful women get commitment completely backward.

They think:

“When I have enough time to really focus on my health, then I’ll commit.”

When work settles down.

When the kids need me less.

When I have more energy.

When I can actually do it right.

But look at everything else you’ve committed to in your life.

You didn’t wait until you had unlimited time.

You didn’t wait until you felt completely ready.

You figured out how to make it work inside the life you already had.

Because commitment isn’t waiting until life gives you the perfect conditions.

Commitment is deciding that you still matter when the conditions aren’t perfect.

You don’t need to become more disciplined.

You’ve already proven how disciplined you can be.

You don’t need to learn how to follow through.

You follow through for people every damn day.

Maybe the next level isn’t learning how to commit harder.

Maybe it’s realizing that your health can’t keep being the thing you’ll get serious about once everything else is handled.

Because if you’ve been telling yourself “when things slow down” for the last 5… 10… 15 years….

maybe the question isn’t when life is finally going to give you the time.

Maybe the question is:

How much longer are you willing to put your health on hold waiting for a version of life that may never come?

09/24/2026

My son wasn’t ready to be a Marine when he went to boot camp.

And he wasn’t supposed to be.

He just graduated Marine Corps boot camp, and standing next to him, proud as I could possibly be, something hit me:

They didn’t expect him to become a Marine BEFORE he got there.

They trained him.

He showed up ready to learn.

Ready to be challenged.

Ready to start where he was and let the training do what it was designed to do.

And yet, I hear women tell me some version of this all the time:

“I need to get in better shape before I start strength training.”

Think about that.

My son didn’t become a Marine and then go to boot camp.

He went to boot camp to be trained to become a Marine.

And while I’m certainly not comparing my Ladies of Steel 6 week experience to Marine Corps boot camp 😂, the principle is the same:

You don’t have to become the person you want to be before you walk through the door.

That’s what the training is for.

I’ve coached women who were brand new to strength training and women who had been training for years.

The movements change.
The weights change.
The progression changes.

But the expectation that you should already have this figured out?

That doesn’t exist here.

One of my graduates came to me concerned about her age, menopause, a sedentary job, and where her health was headed.

She didn’t need to “get in shape” before asking for help.

She needed someone to meet her where she was, answer her questions, and give her tools she could actually use.

One month in, she reported being down more than 15 pounds and feeling stronger and more energetic.

But what she said next mattered just as much:

She felt heard.

That’s the environment I want the 20 women joining Ladies of Steel to walk into.

You don’t need to arrive fit.
You don’t need to understand lifting.
You don’t need perfect nutrition.
You don’t even need to feel completely confident yet.

You just need to be willing to show up and be coached.

Ladies of Steel 6 week experience begins Monday, September 28th, with online and in-person options.

You don’t get ready and then start.

Starting is how you get ready.

Comment STEAL to get the details.
