Meet Dr. Lacy Santana — Pelvic Harmony PT
We’re welcoming **Dr. Lacy Santana, founder and owner of Pelvic Harmony PT in Slidell**, to the Northshore Alternative Health Alliance!
Pelvic health concerns are common, but that doesn’t mean people should simply accept pain, leaking, pressure, or sexual dysfunction as a normal part of life, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or aging.
Dr. Lacy has dedicated her career to **pelvic health physical therapy**, helping patients understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and working toward meaningful, lasting improvement.

At Pelvic Harmony PT, care goes beyond simply treating symptoms or prescribing Kegels. Dr. Lacy takes a **whole-body and lifestyle approach**, looking for the *why* behind what a patient is experiencing.
Her practice works with people experiencing concerns such as:

• Pain with intimacy and sexual dysfunction

Patients receive **one-on-one, hour-long sessions** with individualized care from a practitioner whose career has been focused on pelvic health.
# # # 🤰 A Personal Passion for Pregnancy & Postpartum Care
Dr. Lacy is a **Slidell native and mother of three**, and her own difficult and traumatic first birth helped shape her passion for educating and supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
After earning her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, she completed her **Doctorate of Physical Therapy at William Carey University** and went on to develop extensive experience in pelvic-floor rehabilitation and whole-body treatment.
Her goal in opening Pelvic Harmony PT was to bring a higher level of specialized pelvic health care to her hometown while helping patients explore conservative and holistic approaches when appropriate.
We’re glad to have another practitioner in the NAHA network addressing an area of health that often goes undiscussed.
