"Pediatric OT doesn't pay" might be the most expensive thing you've ever believed.

Here's the version nobody offered you. $34 to $45 per hour, up to around fifty for the right experience.

A full benefits package worth roughly twenty to twenty-four thousand a year, including PTO and paid holidays, which almost no peds setting gives you. And you get paid by the hour whether the patient shows or not.

It's one seat in Slidell, and it's probably the only OT I hire for a long time.
