✨ Over many years this patient developed a severely painful bunion which made it difficult to wear shoes and remain active.

After failing additional conservative measures, they underwent a Lapiplasty® Mini-Incision™ 3D Bunion Correction™ procedure.

With this type of procedure, patients can be weight-bearing in a walking boot within days of surgery. Many can be back in a comfortable shoe within 6-8 weeks of the procedure!

Every case is different and post-op protocols/outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances. Images are 4 months post op.

Since we kicked off our Veterans Sock Drive on Flag Day 2024, our patient Jessica has singlehandedly donated over 1,000 pairs of socks benefiting the Albany Stratton VA Medical Center 🙌💙🇺🇸 Every donation counts and is greatly appreciated!

We thank all of our patients and friends of Bluestone Podiatry for continuing to donate!

As we head into the colder months, we’re also collecting winter hats, gloves, and coats to support veterans in our community. Every donation - big or small - helps keep someone warm and cared for.

We were surprised with an incredible gift today: “The Bluestone Quarries” folk song sheet music, gifted by one of our amazing patients 🎶💙

Our practice was named after the bluestone found in the incredible mountains surrounding the Hudson Valley, and this thoughtful gesture couldn’t feel more fitting.

We’re so thankful for the meaningful relationships we build every day with our patients who care so deeply about our small business.
