🎉 Happy 8th Work Anniversary, Joseph! 🎉
Today, we're celebrating eight years of Joseph's dedication to Dalton Pharmacy—and judging by what his teammates had to say, it's easy to see why he's so appreciated.
When we asked his team what they value most about working with Joseph, the same themes came up. They described him as someone who genuinely cares about the people around him, is always willing to go the extra mile, and never hesitates to help. They shared that there's "nothing Joseph can't fix," that he somehow always has the answer, and that he makes even the busiest workdays run more smoothly.
Many also recognized Joseph's incredible work ethic, sharing that no matter which pharmacy he's working at, he's always finding ways to support other locations as well. Just as importantly, they appreciate how he encourages his team, gives credit where it's due, and leads with kindness and humility.
