Almost every family that's ever sat across from us at their parents' kitchen table tells us the same thing afterward: "I didn't know the first meeting was free. I didn't know we wouldn't be pushed. I didn't know we could say no and that would be fine."
So in case nobody's told you: that's how it works.
Here's what actually happens when you call:
We pick a time that works for your family β usually within 48 hours, sometimes the same day.
A care coordinator comes to the house. Not a salesperson. We don't make seniors come to us.
We sit down with your mom or dad, and whichever family members can be there in person or on speakerphone.
We ask questions. Mostly, we listen. We don't pitch a plan in the room.
A few days later, you get a written care recommendation: hours, services, costs, and whether VA benefits or long-term care insurance applies to your situation.
Then you decide. This week, next month, or never. The visit was free either way.
If you've been carrying the question around β "should I call yet?" β this is what's on the other side of that call. No commitment, no pressure, no hard close. Just a real conversation about what's actually going on at home.
