Message of this post: I'm learning I'm just one woman.

Good Wednesday afternoon!

THANK YOU to everyone that filled my book for the summer! So blessed to have such amazing, frequent clients who see the importance of regular myotherapy!

Getting the spots filled was important to me as my family transitions (once again) into a new school schedule this fall. I will be homeschooling 1 of my kiddos every day; they are both still doing the same hybrid style curriculum, it's just now they are on opposite days.

With that said, I have learned that I can't do it all, and do it well. I am just one woman. So, I will not be taking on as many appointments in late August to September so my family can get our feet wet and adjust to this new schedule, and ensure I'm being the mom I need to be for my kiddos.

All scheduled appointments already on the calendar will stay as is!

Whenever I feel like my body is missing something but I can't quite put my finger on what it needs, I love coming to these rice bowls. I mix locally sourced proteins, organic veggies, and jasmine rice with herbs and spices. It creates a balanced, nutrient dense meal that fills me up and provides my body with fuel for a busy life!
