Every rhinoplasty starts with a plan.

For this patient, my goals were to smooth the bump on her bridge, refine a tip that projected a bit too far, and create a profile that looks balanced and natural. All with her unique anatomy in mind.
 
The final clip shows her immediate “after” results. This is the starting point, and I’m looking forward to sharing her full results as she continues to heal post-operatively.

POV: You see your new nose for the first time… and now you can’t stop looking at yourself!

One-week post-op and she’s already loving her results! Her reaction when I handed her the mirror was everything!
 
There’s still plenty of healing ahead, but seeing this kind of excitement and confidence so early in the process never gets old. I’m so grateful she put her trust in me and I can’t wait to see how her results continue to evolve over the next few months!

Every rhinoplasty is different, and sometimes the best result comes from choosing the right technique for the individual patient. 

In this case, I considered 2 approaches and ultimately selected the technique that would provide the most functional and natural-looking outcome for her anatomy and goals.
 
Just 2 weeks post-op and already healing beautifully. I’m excited to continue following her journey as swelling improves and the final result takes shape. I’m grateful she put her confidence in me.
