Here we are in a beautiful New Year! Yes, I said BEAUTIFUL! Each day we have a new opportunity to look at things/situations from a more positive view point. I know that many are struggling; in particular our young people. As we start this new year, The Well Counseling Services has established some goals that we have been wanting to achieve since the beginning...and what better time than now to get moving forward. The pandemic changed our life; now we can start to take back control and learn and implement new strategies that will allow us to become the persons we were created to be! The Well Counseling Services is rolling out our young ladies group - Better Together, starting February 19! I have had lots of requests for supporting young ladies between the ages of 11-15 who are trying to maneuver through life and are desiring connections, discussion, and interaction with others their age and who truly want to become their best selves. It may seem that there is no end in sight, no hope for a future.
