Meet Alisha, one of our Certified Nurse Midwives at CWC!

With 10 years of experience working in Labor & Delivery, Alisha knew she wanted to expand the way she cared for women. While working in L&D, she discovered that midwifery offered the opportunity to build deeper relationships with her patients and care for them through so many different stages of life.

Alisha is incredibly detail-oriented and takes pride in providing thoughtful, thorough care while making sure her patients feel heard, supported, and empowered with knowledge about their bodies and health.

Something she wishes every patient knew?
Midwives do so much more than deliver babies! Our midwives provide full-scope women’s healthcare, from annual exams and birth control to menopause, irregular periods, and chronic gynecologic conditions.

And when Alisha isn’t caring for patients, you can probably find her at the ballfields watching her kiddos or enjoying time at the pool with family and friends!

Her favorite little things that make the day better? An unexpected compliment or a sweet treat!

We are so lucky to have Alisha as part of the CWC team! Her experience, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to excellent patient care make her such a wonderful part of our practice. 💗

Meet Ashley, our Clinical Lead, Dr. Taylor’s right hand, and the person who truly keeps all things clinical at CWC running smoothly! Ashley has been with CWC for 5 years and is fiercely loyal, always someone you can count on and go to when you need her!

Ashley’s favorite part of her job is getting to know our patients and knowing she is someone they can count on—which she absolutely is! She is always going above and beyond to meet people’s needs and make sure they feel cared for.

Ashley’s favorite holiday is coming up… Halloween! You’ll catch her wearing something spooky everyday.

When Ashley’s not at work, her favorite place to be is somewhere warm, with sunshine and a cold drink in her hand- preferably a spicy margarita!

We love you, Ashley, and are so grateful to have you! Thank you for all you do for our patients and our CWC family!

Meet Ms. Deborah, our other fabulous phlebotomist! With 30 years of experience, there isn’t a vein she can’t find!

When she’s not making blood draws look easy, Ms. Deb is a true jet-setter. You never know where she’ll be off to next—a new city, a concert, or somewhere sunny with her two girls. This year alone, she’s checked Hawaii and South Padre Island, TX off the list!

We are so blessed to have 30 years of experience, plenty of personality, and Ms. Deborah’s big heart on our team. We wouldn’t have it any other way! 💙
