⭐️6 reasons to see a pelvic floor physical therapist during pregnancy! ⭐️

I believe every pregnant and postpartum person should see a pelvic floor therapist during pregnancy and postpartum whether you have concerns or not. It’s much easier to prevent a problem than fix it. And there’s always more to learn about your body. Pelvic PT can be extremely empowering during this phase of life and beyond!
