Join LaOta Of The Sun & Tarvars Of The Sun for Waters of Creation, a free outdoor group meditation at Historic Fourth Ward Park in Atlanta.

This experience will take place at the outdoor amphitheater in front of the park’s beautiful water fountain, creating the perfect setting to explore the energy of the sacral chakra and its connection to water, movement, creativity, and life force.

During the meditation, we will work with the icosahedron, the Platonic solid traditionally associated with the element of water. Through guided meditation, breath, awareness, visualization, and energetic movement, we will explore the sacral center as a place of creative potential and learn to bring greater flow and coherence to this area of the light body.
