Can you pass this 10-second posture challenge?

Most people spend hours looking down at phones, computers, and tablets. Over time, this can lead to tight shoulders, poor posture, neck tension, and reduced mobility.

Try this simple test:

✅ Arms overhead
✅ Hold for 10 seconds

🚨 10-Second Shoulder Mobility Test 🚨

Let’s see how your shoulders are moving today.

Try this:

✅ Reach one hand over your shoulder and down your back.

✅ Reach your other hand behind your back and up.

✅ See how close your fingers get to touching.

Now switch sides.

How did you do?

Many people notice one side feels much tighter than the other.

Shoulder mobility can be affected by posture, repetitive movements, old injuries, muscle tightness, and the amount of time we spend sitting or looking at screens.

If your shoulders feel tight, try these simple tips:

1️⃣ Take regular movement breaks throughout the day.

2️⃣ Stretch your chest muscles, especially if you spend a lot of time at a desk.

3️⃣ Strengthen your upper back muscles to help support better posture and shoulder movement.
