“It's better to be consistently good, than occasionally great.” - Nick Bare

It’s the start of a new year, many people are eager to set new goals and resolutions. Which is awesome, but many of those people (including ourselves) tend to fall off a couple of months in. Why is that? Well, many of us set GREAT goals instead of GOOD goals. It can be very difficult to be consistently great, but I know most weeks I can be consistently good. For example, I set a realistic goal to workout 3 days a week, eat 80% clean and drink 64 oz of water a day. Anything extra is awesome and makes me feel great, but at the end of the week I feel pretty good knowing I’ve been consistent all week. Instead of trying to workout 6 days a, eat 100% clean and 1 gallon of water a week, I wouldn't feel good or great at the end of the week when I don’t complete any of those goals. What are your wellness goals? How can you help yourself to be consistently good? How can we support you in those goals?

Cups are placed on the skin and create suction, this technique reduces tension and pain by lifting the skin and tissues and increasing blood flow through the body and to the muscles and areas that need it. The main reasons we use cupping at Classic Chiropractic:

➡ increase blood flow throughout the body

➡ reduce inflammation

➡ decrease pain due to fascial restriction(s)
