Yintang “Hall of impression”

Those who get treatments from me know I LOVE this point! ❤️

So good for anxiety, depression, insomnia, an overall anti-stress point as well as any frontal head problems like sinus congestion and headaches. ☺️

Spring is here!

Here are 4 things you should do this season:

🌸 Go outside and move. Now is the time to take those long walks in nature ☺️ 🌲

🌸 Spring clean. Spring is the time to disperse of old things that no longer serve you.

🌸 Be creative. This corresponds to the energy of spring.

🌸 Eat more leafy greens 🌱

I’ve been getting a lot of the same question, “What does acupuncture treat”?

The short answer is EVERYTHING!

Acupuncture works great at balancing the body and managing symptoms of any disease.

In fact, Eastern medicine diagnoses things based on the symptoms you are experiencing and the root of the imbalance in your system.

So whether it’s Hashimoto’s or PCOS, acupuncture can help!

DM me to schedule a visit. 🙋‍♀️

Aww 💕🐨

How do you help a geriatric koala that’s experiencing debilitating bouts of lower back pain? Ancient Chinese medicine, of course.
