Never surrender, all will be fine. Maybe not right now, but it will happen eventually. Just slow down and relax along the way, and protect your sanity. That's life. It's never been a contest between you and other people; it's a contest between you and your sanity.

It's really okay to not be okay. it's okay to cry, to be vulnerable, to be weak, to be down, to melt, it's okay not to be okay. trust me, we may all have different battles, but I know we'll win them soon when the right time comes.

✅Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression.

Healing is not linear.

On some days we feel delightful. Some days we seemingly drown back to the familiar sadness.

And that’s okay. Your pain is valid. Give yourself grace to accept the thought that healing is not linear.

Whatever you’re going through right now, trust the process that it’s all making you the best of who you are. Keep healing and keep growing!
