Central Peninsula Hospital is seeking an experienced RN – Clinical Educator to join our Staff Development team. As a Clinical Educator, you’ll serve as a teacher, facilitator, consultant, and mentor for nursing and clinical staff throughout the hospital. In this role, you’ll help assess educational needs, develop training programs, coordinate learning opportunities, and support staff in building the skills and confidence needed to provide outstanding patient care.
This position also plays a key role in coordinating American Heart Association training programs and other hospital-wide educational initiatives designed to strengthen clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes.

Full Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
We’re looking for candidates with:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 5 years of Acute Care, School, or Public Health experience
• BLSP (CPR) certification within 30 days of employment
• ACLS certification within one year
• American Heart Association Instructor certifications (ACLS, PALS, PEARS, & BLS) within one year
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Staff Development or Education experience
