We are a team of Physical and Occupational Therapists who use both land and aquatics based interventions to help Kenai Peninsula residents learn how to move more, reduce symptoms and get out to enjoy all offerings of the peninsula!

Friendly reminder ☺️ Our clinic and aquatic therapy at Skyview will be closed on Monday 9/7. We will resume seeing patients at the clinic on Tuesday 9/8!

Also, don't forget that the Nikiski Pool is closed from 9/7-9/21 so we will not have aquatic therapy on Wednesdays and Fridays during that time frame. Have a great week!

Happy September! 🍂We'd like to share and bring awareness to a few causes that are near and dear to our hearts this month 💞 We're so grateful for the folks who trust us with your care.

September is:
➡ Pain awareness month - Established in 2001 by the American Chronic Pain Association to educate people and advocate for better research/care regarding chronic pain.
➡ Healthy aging month - Focuses on positive health and wellness for adults in later stages of life.
➡ Childhood cancer awareness month - Advocates for better research and treatments for children with cancer.
➡ Self-Care & Self-Improvement month - Highlighting personal growth and mental well-being.
