As Nursing Home Week comes to an end, my heart is so full. This week was filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and so many special moments with our residents. Watching everyone come together and support one another made this week truly incredible. Thank you to our amazing team at Somerset Ridge for making it so memorable for our residents and for each other.
