I have some exciting news!

Beginning in August, I will be working out of Bwell Training & Recovery located at 5 Somersworth Plaza, Somersworth, NH. Massage appointments are currently available with me at Bwell on Wednesdays and Fridays as I transition to working there full-time.

This facility is a personal training-focused gym that aligns with my goals for my clients as a massage therapist. Some other recovery amenities offered include red-light therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge. Additional services I will be offering at Bwell Training & Recovery in the near future include assisted stretch, kinesiology taping and more!
