Do me a favor. Take a few of your fingers and press in the muscles on your jaw. Do small circles.

Does anyone notice how hard they are? Maybe you have areas that feel like little lumps? Maybe you have some soreness?

I am looking for a few guinea pigs for a new treatment I just got done learning. I am looking for clients that suffer from TMJ, clench or grind their teeth. I have been working on Buccal Massage. This technique works on the jaw muscles intraorally, so the muscles have no where to hide. Working on the muscles from outside the cheek only gets half of the muscle. Though working on the muscles through the cheek allow the practitioner to get to both sides.

I found it to be quite relaxing, and when I was done working on a side, I could tell the difference dramatically. So if this is something you struggle with, I would love to practice on you!!! I have limited 30 min slots available.

Highlighting one of my new essential oils...Ive been working on this for about a month, trying to get the perfect scent that I envisioned. Introducing Moonlit Fog. Think damp leaves on a foggy autumn night. I wanted this one to smell darker, I think it got it just right. It's such a special day for me...it's my one year anniversary and I am launching my fall essential oils at the shop. I've been working on getting the scents just how I envisioned them and I'm so exciting to share them with you.

🍊 Spiced Fir C***r
Warm, spiced and cozy with bright citrus, autumn spices and fresh fir — like a simmering pot of c***r with the forest just outside the door.

🌕 Moonlit Fog
Deep woods, cool air and damp undergrowth wrapped in earthy woods and evergreens. Dark, mysterious and beautifully grounding.

🔥 Autumn Night Fire
Smoky wood, black spruce, pine and cedar come together for the scent of a crackling fire surrounded by pines beneath a cool autumn night sky.

Each Resinate blend is handcrafted in small batches and created to bring a little piece of the forest indoors.

These three will be available as my limited seasonal Fall Collection, so once fall fades, the collection will too.
