PARTNER MASSAGE COURSE:

Most of us would love to get massages more frequently than we can afford, so I created this partner course to be fun and informative. Grab a friend, spouse or family member, bring them to this course and learn to massage each other. During this course you will learn basic trigger point therapy and therapeutic massage. You will learn how to use your thumbs, knuckles and elbows, without hurting them. You will learn to combine these techniques to find your very own flow. I will address basic anatomy and proper muscular balance, as well as stretching instruction. No experience or prerequisites needed. This class is for instructional purposes only and is not a certification course.

I will provide water, snacks, massage tables, lotion, sheets, instructional packet and pens. Please arrive in comfortable easily removable clothes. You will be removing your clothes to base layer clothing; bikini, boxers, swim shorts, sports bras etc. The least amount of clothing you can wear for massage, without exposing sensitive areas, is ideal.
