Next up on our celebration of Wellness month is our Parent and Me workout this Saturday morning! Free for members and $5/non-member families!

9am is for PreK - 3rd grade
10am is for 4th grade - age 15

Among the best reasons to come are:
—each parent gets 10 entries into our 6-month membership giveaway!
—each family attending will be entered into a drawing for a gift card to Lowe’s Grocery store!
—everyone attending can enjoy some Healthy Snacks with recipe cards immediately after workout!
