A wonderful day of movement, community, and partnership! 💙👟

We are honored to collaborate with Edison Adult DayCare and support their members through engaging programs that promote wellness, connection, and fun throughout the year.

Most recently, we were proud to partner with Edison Adult Day, Runner's High with Bala for Edison Adult Day's Annual 5K, where nearly 50 seniors joined us for a refreshing walk along the beautiful Middlesex Greenway Trail. It was inspiring to see so many participants come together to stay active, encourage one another, and enjoy a day outdoors.

Thank you to Vandana and Anurita from Edison Adult Day, and Runner's High with Bala for making this walk such a fun experience. We look forward to continuing our partnership and creating even more meaningful opportunities for the seniors we proudly serve!

"My experience at Venetian Care & Rehabilitation has been very good, and I would absolutely recommend Venetian to anyone who needs rehabilitation services. This isn't my first experience here—I was previously a patient years ago after a car accident, and I recovered so well that when I needed rehabilitation again, I knew this was the place I wanted to come.

Since arriving, I've made tremendous progress. I was very weak while I was in the hospital, but now I feel so much stronger and much more confident getting around on my own. Seeing my strength and independence return has been incredibly encouraging.

Therapy has been excellent. The therapists use a variety of great equipment that has helped me throughout my recovery, and the rehabilitation program has played a major role in helping me regain my confidence and mobility.

The building itself is very nice and exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable environment for recovery. Everyone on the staff has also been wonderful. Every person I've encountered has been friendly, kind, and willing to help, making my stay even more positive.

Overall, my experience at Venetian has been outstanding. From the quality of therapy to the caring staff and welcoming atmosphere, I couldn't be happier with my decision to return."

Venetian Care & Rehabilitation was proud to represent our team at RWJBarnabas Health's 3rd Annual Somerset Health Fair!

It was a great opportunity to connect with community members, answer questions, introduce our programs and services, and share information about the care and support available at Venetian. We always appreciate opportunities to meet people where they are and help connect them with valuable healthcare resources.

A special thank you to Mahwish Chishti, Community Health Education Coordinator at RWJUH, for organizing such a meaningful and resourceful event. We appreciate all of the work that goes into bringing healthcare providers and community organizations together to better serve our communities.

Aloha from Venetian!

We hosted a "Lei'd Back Luau" from our community, welcoming over 90 guests, including our friends from South Amboy Senior Center, St. Mary's Seniors, and the Alexander Janowski Senior Center.

Guests enjoyed an unforgettable afternoon featuring an exciting Polynesian dance performance, a delicious Caribbean-inspired buffet, tropical refreshments and a raffle. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to connect and create lasting memories together.

“My experience at Venetian has been very good, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of rehabilitation. I'd give Venetian 4 stars because the quality of care and the people here have made such a positive impact on my recovery.

As a former Boy Scout, I've always tried to live by the values of perseverance, helping others, and never giving up. Those lessons stayed with me throughout my rehabilitation at Venetian. I came into every therapy session determined to keep moving forward, and the incredible team here supported me every step of the way. My experience has shown me that with resilience, hard work, and the right people by your side, you can overcome even the toughest obstacles.

I've improved tremendously since leaving the hospital. When I first arrived, I wasn't able to walk the way I can now. Every day I've become stronger and more confident thanks to the outstanding therapy team. Therapy at Venetian is truly top of the line. Eric and Tian were incredible. Eric is a bigger nag than my ex-wife—in the best way possible! He pushed me because he genuinely wanted to see me improve. Both of them were attentive, motivating, and always encouraged me to give my best.

The building is beautiful, always clean, and nothing compares to any other rehab facility I've experienced. Therapy has been the highlight of my stay, and the management team has also been exceptional. Angie, Director of Admissions, Edgar, Unit Manager RN, and Sharon, RN, have been amazing throughout my recovery. Whenever I had a question or needed anything, they were always there with kindness, encouragement, and support.

"My experience at Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center has been wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of rehabilitation. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay—I would give Venetian 5 stars.
I came to Venetian from JFK Hospital after being treated for a medical condition that required rehabilitation. The social worker gave my daughter a list of rehab centers in Middlesex County and recommended we visit Venetian. It was my first time here, and I'm so glad we chose it. Living in Perth Amboy also made it easy for my family to visit.
Since arriving, I've become much stronger and more independent. I'm now able to move around confidently in my wheelchair and do much more for myself than when I first came. Therapy has been excellent. Although I can't put weight on my feet, my therapists kept me motivated with upper body strengthening exercises that have improved my flexibility and strength every day.
The building is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoy the therapy gym and the spacious common areas, which are easy to navigate in a wheelchair. I also love participating in activities like puzzles, coloring, and dominoes, and I've enjoyed meeting new people and having great conversations.

The therapy and nursing teams have made my stay truly special. Leon has been wonderful, and Nurse Trish has been incredibly caring and supportive. Everyone has treated me with kindness, patience, and respect.

I would highly recommend Venetian because the staff truly care about their patients, the therapy is outstanding, and they help you regain your independence. Thank you to everyone at Venetian for making my recovery such a positive experience."
