ANY TIME! During your pregnancy, during the early days and weeks of breast-feeding, when you’re thinking about returning to work, when you want to supplement with a bottle, when you need encouragement, when you are thinking about adding solid foods, when you want to know if baby is getting enough milk, when you are thinking about weaning from the breast, when things are going great, or when things are challenging etc…
