Our hearts are full celebrating one incredible Success Story!

After spending 18 months with us, Brenda wasn’t sure she would ever walk again or regain her independence. Through unwavering determination, a positive mindset, and consistent participation in both our therapy and restorative programs, she never gave up.

Today, she’s said goodbye to her wheelchair, exceeded her goals, and is moving on to an assisted living community with newfound independence. We couldn’t be more proud of all she’s accomplished.

Congratulations on this amazing milestone, Brenda! We can’t wait to see what comes next!

What do you do when it's a rainy afternoon?

Our memory care residents get creative by turning flowers into hair accessories and lovely decorations, such as floral centerpieces. Thanks to the activity and nursing staff for making the most out of a rainy day!

Last week, West Bend Nursing and Rehabilitation knew just how to celebrate Shark Week! Drinks, smiles, snacks, movie tickets, and laughter filled the afternoon.

Our residents and staff really enjoy our themed movies with all the fun additions! Thanks to our amazing activity staff for making this such a great event for all to attend.
