The count down begins! In less than two months, we kick off our Rooted
50-Hour Training and Immersion Experience!

I am so excited to be partnering with Atlas Yoga & Healing Arts

If you have been waiting for a sign to deepen your practice, refine your teaching skills, and connect with an incredible community, this is it.

This training is open to yoga teachers, students, and anyone who feels called to dive deeper into the physical and mental aspects and benefits of Yin. Whether you are looking to enrich your personal practice or expand your teaching, this immersion gives you space to slow down, study, and truly understand the heart of Yin.

THE SCHEDULE:
• Kick-off: Weekend of October 10
Atlas Yoga & Healing Arts
• 5 weekends (Saturday &Sunday) 11AM-3PM
• Schedule Note: We take a short break at the end of October, resume in November, and wrap up our journey on November 15

Our fifth season of yoga on the beach kicks off this Saturday at 7:30AM in South Bethany , right off Division Street! I am so grateful to be sharing another season on the sand with you.

We will be practicing Thursday through Sunday all summer long.

-Free parking until 10:00AM
-Bring a beach towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and water.
-$15 per session (cash or Venmo)

The secret is out, and honestly, many of you guessed it already.

is heading back to our happy place…the beach in South Bethany…for our 5th summer!! It has become a tradition we look forward to all year, and we can’t wait to flow with you again!!

The stillness of this space always reminds me how grateful I am to teach yin yoga. There is something so comforting about the quiet and the soft glow of the candles. It is a space where everything finally feels a little softer and easier to breathe.

It feels impossible how quickly the years have flown by. One moment you were little, and now you’ve grown into this incredible and beautiful human being.
