As with any significant life change, it may take time to adjust to your new mask. To facilitate a smoother transition, consider wearing your mask at home while engaging in activities such as watching TV, washing dishes, or doing laundry. If you continue to experience difficulties, our Respiratory Therapists are available to schedule a mask fitting to determine the most suitable mask for your facial features and provide a replacement.
