All you have to do is sink into a soft, cushy mat, close your eyes, and let the sound of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle meditation drums melt you into relaxation.

Those sweet vibrations give your body a loving, full-body reset — helping energy flow freely and everything just... soften.

Every Sweet Soul Studio experience is made with you in mind, so you feel safe, loved, and special. It's really about community, connection, and healing — through nature, nurture, and a little nourishment.

Hi Sweet Souls - I hope you’re enjoying this beautiful summer.🌸

These past weeks have called me to spend time resting as my body upgrades (this year my healing progress has been amazing!!) and so I’m called to “practice what I preach” and listen to my body and reschedule this event to the August full moon week, Thursday, 8/27 from 6-8pm.

So those of you who couldn’t make the July date, here’s your chance 😁😁😁!!
