Hi! I’m Joyce, the owner and injector behind SkinRx Aesthetics.

When I’m not at SkinRx, I’m usually cheering on my three boys from the sidelines, working out, obsessing over home décor, or online shopping for things I definitely don’t need…

I’m also on a never-ending quest to look and feel my best. Peptides, hormones, skincare, longevity, nutrition… if there’s good science behind it, I want to learn about it. I genuinely love this stuff, and I love sharing what I learn with my patients.

PDO threads are dissolvable sutures placed under the skin using a small cannula. They work by physically repositioning tissue while also stimulating your body’s own collagen production over time.

You’ll often see some immediate lift, but results continue improving over the next few months as collagen builds and the threads gradually dissolve.

Great for:
• early jowling
• lower face heaviness
• mild skin laxity
• patients wanting subtle lift and support without surgery

People are always surprised when I tell them filler can hang around for years. Everyone metabolizes it differently, but it definitely doesn’t always disappear as fast as people think.
