🌸 Introducing Happy Yoga Hour — Your New Third Space 🌸

You know the concept of a “third place”? Not home, not work — but that space in between where you go to just be. To connect. To breathe. To belong.

That’s what we’re building with Happy Yoga Hour, this Friday from 7:30–8:30 PM. And it’s completely free.

This is an open studio night, made for however you want to spend it:

🧘 Bring your headphones and flow through your own practice
🕯️ Settle in for some quiet meditation
🧩 Hang out in the lobby, tackle a puzzle, and mingle
💬 Meet fellow yogis and connect with the community
✨ Just show up and see where the hour takes you
No structured class, no pressure, no cost — just space to move, breathe, connect, and be part of something bigger than a workout.

And this is only the beginning: Happy Yoga Hour will happen every last Friday of the month, so consider this your standing invitation to your new third space.
