Jordan River Family Medicine We have six of the most amazing family medicine providers in Utah as well as amazing staff! We are conveniently located in South Jordan.

Our highly educated providers keep up to date on the latest developments in medicine. We have the highest respect for our patients and treat you with compassion and understanding. We welcome new patients and can provide same-day appointments. We accept most insurance plans. Our doctors are Michael D.
