Liz Watt Speaks Liz Watt, Certified Health Coach, Gut Healing Counselor Spiritual Mentor, Meditation Instructor, Energetic Facilitator. Welcome to Journey of Healing.

I empower individuals to create meaningful, positive life changes by embracing a holistic approach to success through integrated personal growth and professional development by aligning their minds, bodies, and spirits to thrive in all aspects of life. You can make positive changes in your life by changing only a few things. During your journey, you will heal from the "Inside Out". There are three

areas in your life that need to be in balance to feel complete…Emotionally, Physically and Spiritually. The first area is your Physical Journey. There are three areas in Physical. 1-Physical bodies 2- Internal, known as metabolic 3- Energetic. Synchronizing these three areas creates an environment to help your body to work at it's optimum. When our bodies are not functioning at it's highest potential then we can not live up to our potential. Divinely we have been made to help and serve in society and to care for our fellow men. When our bodies are not functioning at it’s optimum, we are not able to live and reach our highest potential. Second part of the Journey is Emotional. We have been created to be happy, to feel love and to share love. After we clear the emotional traumas in our lives, our body heals quicker, more effectively, and last longer. As soon as we decide we are ready to truly let go of what's holding us back, we can begin the healing process. The last area, and the one that is by far the most important, is Spiritual. We have been designed by our creator. This should be our closest relationship we have. If we open the door to our spirituality, he will lead and show you the way. When we cultivate this relationship, beautiful things can happen. I have found through my coaching process that as clients have learned to slow down, look within, become more familiar with their minds, and care lovingly for their bodies, they are more able to face all of what life delivers with an inner calmness of strength and freedom. Curious what I eat in a day to help me feel energized and well? 🌱

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, restrictive, or perfect.

For me, it's about choosing simple, nourishing foods that help me feel good and give me the energy to show up fully for the things and people I care about.

🥦 Colorful vegetables
🍓 Fresh fruits
🥑 Healthy fats
🥚 Protein
🌱 Whole, nourishing foods
💧 Plenty of water

I don't believe in waiting for the “perfect” time to start taking better care of yourself.

Small choices add up.

One nourishing meal.
One glass of water.
One healthy habit.
One better choice at a time.

It's not about perfection. It's about consistency. 💚

And remember, healthy living should fit into your real life. Find foods and habits that you enjoy and can sustain.

👇 What's one healthy food you always have in your kitchen?

Share it below. I may have to add some new favorites to my list! 😊

People don't just leave companies. They leave experiences.

And sometimes, the reason someone walks away isn't the job itself.

It's how they felt while doing it.

Did they feel valued?
Did they feel heard?
Did they feel trusted?
Did they feel like their work mattered?

You can offer great benefits, competitive pay, and growth opportunities...

But if the culture consistently leaves people feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unappreciated, eventually, they'll look somewhere else.

Culture isn't what you say about your company.
It's what your people experience every day.

As leaders, we have a responsibility to create workplaces where people don't just perform...

They belong. They grow. They thrive. 🌱

Sometimes healing begins when we finally stop ignoring what we've been feeling. ❤️

We can spend so much time pushing through, staying busy, taking care of everyone else, and telling ourselves we're fine.

But what happens when we finally listen?

Listen to our body.
Listen to our emotions.
Listen to the quiet voice telling us something needs to change.

Healing doesn't always begin with having all the answers.

Sometimes, it begins with simply being willing to listen.

Your team may not say they’re burning out… but they may be showing you. 👀

Burnout doesn’t always look like “I can’t do this anymore.”

Sometimes it looks like:

😮‍💨 Constant exhaustion
💭 Disengagement
😤 Irritability
🔛 Always being “ON”
💡 Declining creativity

And when burnout becomes the norm, it doesn't just affect one person—it affects the whole team.

Healthy leadership isn't about getting more out of people at any cost.

It’s about creating a culture where people can perform, grow, contribute, AND thrive. 🌱

As a leader, ask yourself:

Are you only checking on what your team is producing—or are you checking on how they're doing?

That question could change your culture.

Sometimes the pause you keep resisting is the pause you need most.

We live in a world that celebrates being busy.

Keep going.
Do more.
Move faster.
Don't fall behind.

But sometimes, slowing down isn't losing momentum.

It's how you find your direction again.

A pause can give you space to hear what you've been too busy to notice.

Maybe you need to reassess your priorities.
Maybe you need to protect your energy.
Maybe you need to reconnect with your purpose.
Maybe you simply need to breathe.

Rest and reflection aren't signs that you've stopped growing.

They can be the very things that help you grow with intention.

As leaders, professionals, parents, and people constantly giving to others, we need to remember that we don't have to earn the right to pause.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop long enough to ask:

"What is this season trying to teach me?"

🌿 Take a breath.
🌿 Slow down.
🌿 Pay attention.

Your next breakthrough may not require you to push harder.

It may require you to pause.

Confidence isn't always something you're born with. Sometimes, it's something you build.

People often think confidence comes from talent.

I believe it comes from preparation.

Confidence grows when you:

🎤 Put in the reps.
📚 Do the deep work.
🎯 Prepare before the opportunity arrives.
💪 Step outside your comfort zone.
🔁 Practice until what once felt uncomfortable becomes familiar.

The more you prepare, the more capable you feel.

And the more capable you feel, the more confidently you can show up when the moment matters.

Whether you're stepping onto a stage, leading a team, starting a business, having a difficult conversation, or pursuing something you've never done before...

Get your reps in.

You don't have to wait until you feel confident to begin.

👉 Preparation creates confidence. Action strengthens it.

And sometimes, the preparation you do today is what allows you to make a bigger impact on someone else's life tomorrow.

💬 What's something you're getting your "reps" in for right now?

You can't lead from an empty cup.

As leaders, we're often focused on everyone else.

Our teams.
Our businesses.
Our clients.
Our families.
Our responsibilities.

And somewhere along the way, our own well-being can become the thing we keep putting last.

But here's the truth:

Your well-being isn't separate from your leadership. It is part of your leadership.

When you're exhausted, your decisions become harder.
When you're overwhelmed, your clarity can suffer.
When you're running on empty, it's harder to show up with the patience, creativity, and presence your team needs.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish.

It's responsible leadership.

Give yourself permission to pause.
Protect your energy.
Set healthy boundaries.
Make space to recharge.
And remember why you started.

Because the goal isn't simply to build a successful organization.

It's to build something sustainable while becoming a healthier, stronger leader along the way.

What if success isn't about doing more—but thriving while you do it? ✨

We live in a culture that often measures success by how much we accomplish.

The bigger title.
The growing business.
The next milestone.
The longer to-do list.

But what if we asked a better question?

How well are you thriving while you're building it all?

Because success without health, purpose, meaningful relationships, and fulfillment can leave us with achievements—but still feeling empty.

True success is about creating a life where your health, purpose, relationships, and goals can grow together.

That's the heart behind my book, THRIVE: A Holistic Guide to Personal and Professional Success—a reminder that you don't have to sacrifice your well-being to achieve meaningful success.

You can pursue big goals and take care of yourself.

You can lead others and continue growing.

You can build something meaningful and enjoy the journey.

🌱 Don't just succeed. Thrive.

📖 THRIVE is available on Amazon for anyone ready to redefine what success means and create a more balanced, purposeful life.

One thing every CEO should stop doing: trying to do everything themselves.

Leadership isn't about being the person with every answer, every solution, and every responsibility.

It's about creating clarity, building trust, and empowering the people around you to succeed.

When leaders try to carry everything, teams can become confused, overwhelmed, or hesitant to make decisions.

But when you create clarity around the vision, communicate expectations, and trust your people to contribute, something powerful happens:

✨ People take ownership.
✨ Teams become stronger.
✨ Decisions become clearer.
✨ Leaders create space for growth.

Your job as a leader isn't to be everywhere.

It's to make sure everyone knows where you're going, why it matters, and how they can help get there.

The best leaders don't build businesses that depend entirely on them.

They build people, systems, and cultures that can thrive without them having to control everything.

👇 What's one thing you had to stop doing as you grew into leadership?

The right connection can change everything.

A conference isn't just a room full of people.

It's a place where ideas are exchanged, stories are shared, questions are answered, and unexpected connections can open doors to something new.

At Be Healthy Utah, I've watched people walk through the doors looking for answers—and leave with:

✨ A new perspective
✨ A meaningful connection
✨ A solution they've been searching for
✨ A renewed sense of purpose
✨ And sometimes, a relationship that changes their path completely

Because when we learn, connect, discover, and grow together, something powerful happens.

We stop simply attending an event.

We become part of a community.

That's what continues to inspire me about bringing people together through Be Healthy Utah.

And it's also what I love most about speaking—creating moments that don't end when the presentation does, but continue through the conversations and connections that happen afterward.
