Many people hear the term BBL or buttock augmentation and immediately think of dramatic transformation. In reality, some of the happiest patients are women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who simply want to restore what time has gradually taken away.

As we age, the buttocks often lose volume, projection, and support. The waist-to-hip transition becomes less defined, and the youthful "S-curve" softens. Clothing may not fit the way it once did, and the silhouette can appear flatter from the side.

✨ Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) Results – Real Patient ✨
A successful abdominoplasty is much more than simply removing excess skin. My approach focuses on attention to detail at every stage of the procedure to create a natural, athletic, and harmonious result.

First, carefully performed liposuction is used to sculpt and refine the abdomen, waist, and surrounding contours. Rather than treating the tummy in isolation, strategic contouring helps enhance abdominal definition and create a smoother transition to the flanks and hips.

Next, when present, separation of the abdominal muscles (diastasis recti) is repaired. This restores support to the abdominal wall, improves core contour, narrows the waistline, and helps create a flatter abdominal profile.

Finally—and sometimes the most important detail of all—is the umbilicus (belly button). An unnatural-appearing belly button can immediately reveal that a patient has undergone surgery. Great care is taken to create a natural shape, position, depth, and contour so that the final result looks elegant and authentic.
