Krystal has been working with expectant and new families since 2005. She is providing pregnancy, birth, parenting and breastfeeding support for families in the Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas. Krystal offers physical, emotional and educational support with the following services and specialties: Birth Doula, Lactation Counseling, Childbirth Education, Placenta Encapsulation, Blessingways/Mother Blessings, VBAC & Cesarean Support and Birth Story Listening. Free consultations, group and private classes available.

Hey Mamas! Due to a couple changes in circumstances, Moms and Milk Breastfeeding Support Group will not be meeting for a few months! I am still available for 1:1 in person or virtual consults.

Moms & Milk - WEEKLY GROUP!

Ask and you shall receive 🥰

It has been wonderful getting back together with you Mamas this last month, and due to demand, our group will now meet every week rather than twice a month!

Come as you are, bring your little(s), and come share, play and grow! Group is an hour and a half to accommodate for those mornings when things just don’t go smoothly…it’s not a firm start time 😉

Please note, Tot Spot is not open to the public during this time…it’s just our group!

Moms & Milk Breastfeeding Support Group will start Thursday May 11th from 10:30-12noon, and run every Thursday!

Please know this is not a hard start time...come as you are anytime in the 1.5 hour window. We're all moms and know that some mornings you just need extra time.

Groups are $10 for drop-in and $7 if you prepay for 5. Free Group after every 5! Please know, NO MOM WILL BE TURNED AWAY and scholarships are available for those in need.
